Perú aprueba reformas a la Constitución

Los peruanos participaron el domingo de un referéndum, en el cual aprobaron tres de las cuatro reformas constitucionales propuestas por el gobierno. Ahora Perú deberá definir los próximos pasos para implementar las decisiones tomadas por la gente.
